  This place is neat and clean but very average for a private hospital. The food is not great. The staff are all very friendly and kind but not very nurturing.

  Worst experience ever. First visit to see my grandma in hospital, looking to enjoy my weekend afternoon coffee and lunch at jamacia blue baulkham hills cafe. After waiting over 9mins to be served, the customer service was shocking the young female had the music playing too loud for both my grandma and myself to order our food. Once we placed our order we sat around the other side for almost 15-20 minutes. I then had asked the young female whats the reason our orders not been brought out yet and she rudely replied i forgot your order. Our order was wrong i asked for 2 weak medium capps with our meal instead i got a long black and a reg capp. I am appalled and disgusted at the service i will not return to jamacia blue baulkham hills and buy else where, more affordable and genuine service. Highly not reccomended for a priverate hospital cafe. Inconvenient and long wait for such a small store. Staff need more training and attention to details on customer service esp for elderly customers. Not happy.

  GO TO THE SYDNEY CLINIC %100 TIMES BETTER!! Shocking with the amount of money you pay and what you get go to Sydney clinic at the hills you are forever hungry and they give you the worst food may as well call them jail meals I am horrified about getting underfed every day and speaking up about it and getting promised it will get sorted and nothing happen the staff are nice but the Sydney clinic is awesome I will never come back to the hills lesson learned them first and last stay at the hills Sydney clinic look after you feed you and come to your help when you need it the hills I wouldn't even put my dog in there that all I can say go to Sydney clinic
